How do I pay?

When you reach to the checkout point you have several options to pay. You can either pay through cash on delivery, or by card through visa or Mastercard. We want to ensure you are always happy with your Tardka products. If you would like to pay through another method you can always reach out to us on Instagram or Facebook, or on our contact email and we will help in the processing of your individual order according to your needs.

What is your return policy?

Since we sell food-related products we need to ensure that we guarantee the best quality. Please note that we can only accept returns for unopened items, in the case if you receive the wrong order ONLY. In no other circumstances do we provide return of product. We will issue a refund within 48 hours of receiving the goods, the refund may take 5-7 days to reach you, depending on your banks processing times.

My discount coupon is not working. What do I do?

No worries ! Just reach out to us on our social media platforms or through email. Accordingly, we will resolve this issue for you within 48 hours.

How do I use your spice blends ?

On our interactive website we have a section for customized recipes for all our spice blends. You can either check those out or reach out to us on our social media platforms or through email, and we’ll customize recipes for you.

How do I make a suggestion?

Don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly, on our social media platforms or through email ! We are more than happy to take up your suggestions. We want you to have the control, so you never know we might end up making a blend based solely on your suggestion !

What if I’ve received a damaged bottle?

Don’t worry, we got you! Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at tardkaspicespk@gmail.com Include your name, order number, and any photos you can share of the damage. We’ll take care of it right away!
